Identity of Service Provider
Sociql is a brand and trading name owned and operated by Myrthiland Services Inc, a company registered in Canada. All contracts, invoices, and legal agreements are technically between the client and Myrthiland Services Inc.
Services Provided
Sociql provides professional services in Marketing and Software Development.
- Marketing: While we strive for the best results, Sociql does not guarantee specific financial returns, traffic increases, or conversion rates.
- Software Development: Software is provided “as-is” unless a specific maintenance agreement is signed. We are not liable for security vulnerabilities arising from third-party libraries or user-end misconfigurations.
Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos) is the property of Sociql.
- Client Work: Upon full payment of all fees, the ownership of custom software code or marketing assets created specifically for a client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myrthiland Services Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Site or services.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since we operate in a digital environment, we prioritize security; however, the client is responsible for maintaining the security of their own credentials and infrastructure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brampton or Toronto.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
