These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your use of the website located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sociql.ca\">https:\/\/www.sociql.ca<\/a> and the services provided by <strong>Myrthiland Services Inc<\/strong> (operating as \u201cSociql\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing this Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identity of Service Provider<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sociql is a brand and trading name owned and operated by <strong>Myrthiland Services Inc<\/strong>, a company registered in <strong>Canada<\/strong>. All contracts, invoices, and legal agreements are technically between the client and <strong>Myrthiland Services Inc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Services Provided<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sociql provides professional services in <strong>Marketing<\/strong> and <strong>Software Development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Marketing:<\/strong> While we strive for the best results, Sociql does not guarantee specific financial returns, traffic increases, or conversion rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Software Development:<\/strong> Software is provided &#8220;as-is&#8221; unless a specific maintenance agreement is signed. We are not liable for security vulnerabilities arising from third-party libraries or user-end misconfigurations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Our Content:<\/strong> All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos) is the property of Sociql.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client Work:<\/strong> Upon full payment of all fees, the ownership of custom software code or marketing assets created specifically for a client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, <strong>Myrthiland Services Inc<\/strong> shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our Site or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Privacy &amp; Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
